que bueno que esta! esta para ponerlo en un living decorado como en los años 70! me encantooo!!!
Interesting color combinations here, Diego, it really works for the overall image
Thanks so much, Cathy! When coloring this one, I had added a blue layer in photoshop, over the ink drawing, in order to lighten it a bit, so that it hopefully didn't contrast so much and kind of gave it a more peaceful mood to the pic (or at least that was the plan )
Egregi lavori come sempre!
Gorgeous composition. I love the line work, contrast, and style. Great job with the reflection.
Thanks so much, friend. Glad you liked the composition-- the rest of this image was heavily based on the photo reference I linked to in the comments section, so credits should go to the photographer, really.
Elephants rock! And as the matter of fact, I'm drawing a couple of them myself right now. And I love your colors!
Thanks, Jelena! That's great to hear! I kind of cheated here, sticking to silhouettes, but I think that for the amount of detail you use in your work, then elephants would be an awesome subject to draw-- needless to say, I'm already looking forward to see them, when and if you upload them.
Elegant, lively, and ingenious; fantastic.
muy bueno !!!!!
Qué lindo esto Diego!!!!
very cool work!
Qué bueno Diego!
Oh I love it. In a way, I feel that your illustration is more vivid and true-to-life that the gorgeous but heavily processed photo.
Thanks, Julien! Well, that's an awesome compliment. I loved the photo when I saw it (still do ), though I agree (not just about this pic, but generally speaking) that heavily processing kind of takes away from photos... I really like the documentary thing that photos, contrary to drawings, have, and if one can tell it's been manipulated it doesn't quite feel the same way, in my opinion (there are exceptions, of course ).
It looks so different from the photo (in a good way). Really beautiful!
Wow!! So beautiful design and mood my friend, I would gladly put a poster of it on my wall.
